Employees engaged in various activities and strategies that reinforced the company’s commitment<\/em><\/p>\n

Admittedly committed to sustainable practices, Cipalam<\/strong> promoted an event that mobilized employees during the Environment week. The theme was selective collection, and our team engaged in various activities and strategies that reinforced our commitment and our relationship of respect and proximity to the community where we operate.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe understand that environmental awareness is directly related to sustainability. And being sustainable means putting into practice the preservation of natural resources\u201d, highlights OXOXOXOX OXOXOX, director OXOXOXOX<\/em>.<\/p>\n

At the company’s units, Igua\u00e7u and Santana do Para\u00edso, employees already practice actions aimed at eliminating or reducing impacts on the environment.<\/p>\n

Participants received squeezes and mugs, so they no longer need to use disposable cups at the company. And they received the badges for the integrated management policy, to awaken and promote this environmental awareness: a culture of excellence in work, quality of products and processes, environmental sustainability, social commitment, and satisfaction based on the values \u200b\u200band guidelines of corporate governance and the environment.<\/p>\n

Between games and dialogue circles, the participants had the opportunity to get to know the work of the Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Catadores de Santana do Para\u00edso (ACASP)<\/a>, responsible for selective collection in the municipality. In addition, they were able to learn and disseminate environmental culture in their daily work through a competition organized by the children of Cipalam Institute<\/strong> (linkar para a p\u00e1gina do site<\/em>), the company’s social arm.<\/p>\n
